Pete LaBracio is a consummate professional who has a no nonsense approach to ensuring that the customer leaves with the right vehicle and does so in a straightforward no-nonsense manner. Although many people dread that sit down with the “Business Manager’ Sam Kolenovic shatters all of the myths and fears that a customer has when they go to sit down and discuss financing and coverage options. A straight shooter who shows the utmost respect for the customer and makes you feel like you are speaking to a relative. No fancy sales pitch, no trying to sell unneeded warranties or packages but rather clear and articulate explanation of what you are signing and what it means to you as the customer. From a timing perspective when I picked up the vehicle, I was out of the dealership within 35 minutes of arrival, in my car, paperwork signed and on my way. Mike was exceptional to work with, he made time for me to talk with him in the evening from his home as well as answered a few questions via text - the new car was ready for me without any issues. Sam was great in explaining all the financial documents, made that process extremely easy - his years of experience definitely made me feel good.
