Super service and value Called Toyota of Iowa City and asked for sales dept... Shane was a great sales person.... a couple hours later I was driving home in my 2013 Pri Called Toyota of Iowa City and asked for sales dept... Shane was a great sales person.... a couple hours later I was driving home in my 2013 Prius V.... price was very fair and I was treated perfectly.... wow.... I highly recommend them More

try other dealer I tried Iowa city Toyota 3 different times, I was looking for new car for myself , my experience they are not flexible I had to go to different deale I tried Iowa city Toyota 3 different times, I was looking for new car for myself , my experience they are not flexible I had to go to different dealer and I bought my car below their minim price ,second time I was looking for new car for my relative same experience , 3rd time I was going to upgrade my current car because it is local dealer I tried them again I felt they really don't want to sell a car,I should say that each time I talked to different person . 4 New Toyota's in Past 8 Years. I've never had any problems with their Sales, Service or Parts Dept. My current vehicle is a 2016 Highlander Limited, and have driven it close to 8000 I've never had any problems with their Sales, Service or Parts Dept. Bad services I did oil change on Toyota of Iowa City, the price listed on their Website and confirmation email I got was $28.95. But they finally charged me extra I did oil change on Toyota of Iowa City, the price listed on their Website and confirmation email I got was $28.95. But they finally charged me extra filter cost (about $6) and extra 1 quart oil (about $3) which they did not give acceptable reason. Time what I wait for oil change is bit longer than other dealers. I recommend ask and confirm price before doing any service with them. More
