Great dealership. Just bought a 2021 4Runner. Derrius Loveless is the bomb. Took a lit of time to show me the bells and whistles, got my phone programmed to use my bluetooth. Just a good experience. Bought a 2021 Venza. Love it! Kirk, our salesman was great. Provided me with updates during the long wait for our car to come from Japan. They damaged my car Toyota of Iowa City damaged my car once I handed it over to them. Be very careful and walk around the whole car with them before you turn it over to Toyota of Iowa City damaged my car once I handed it over to them. Be very careful and walk around the whole car with them before you turn it over to them. When I got my car back from them the right passenger bumper was damaged and my tail gate to the trunk would not open. The sensors in the bumper go crazy if you hit the bumper. My tail gate opened just fine before they got hold of my car. They lied about damaging my car and refused to make things right. I will never take my car to them ever again. More
