Damon Koppes showed us some great vehicles at Toyota of Iowa City. Our car buying adventure then took us to McGrath Used Car Superstore where we purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport but the process did not go Iowa City. Our car buying adventure then took us to McGrath Used Car Superstore where we purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport but the process did not go smoothly. We then experienced technical issues with our new purchase - not wanting to go back to the Cedar Rapids McGrath location we reached out to Damon for help. He is handling the situation expertly. Damon volunteered to take the SUV back to Cedar Rapids and get it diagnosed at their VW dealership. He lined up a loaner for us and has been in contact with us throughout the entire process. Damon received no financial reward for this - he is just a really great guy. I think that is what they mean when they say you are part of the McGrath family. Thank you very much Damon Koppes. Got a used car from the dealership. Small lot and not as many cars compared to other dealership. The car we get is clean for a used car. Not sure if this is a fixed price dealership but Small lot and not as many cars compared to other dealership. The car we get is clean for a used car. Not sure if this is a fixed price dealership but the dealer wouldn’t lower the car price. Due to the low supply and high demand the car price is higher than it should be. Asked for some free car wash and oil change for a year and didn’t get it. They finally send me 1 free car wash in the mail and that’s it More
