I want to give a BIG shout out to Josh H. and Justin B. at Toyota of Iowa City for taking care of us after the purchase of a used car for my son! We bought a 2017 Subaru Outback and shortly and Justin B. at Toyota of Iowa City for taking care of us after the purchase of a used car for my son! We bought a 2017 Subaru Outback and shortly after the purchase, it began having mechanical issues. We took it back to them and they tried twice to resolve it at their location, however, then my son took the vehicle to Utah for his internship and still continued to have issues with the car. Justin worked with a dealership in Utah to diagnose and fix the issue and pay for the resolution! We felt heard and cared for by this business and definitely will feel confident buying from them in the future! Thanks so much!!! More

At the day I grabbed my car, he gave me a quick course on how to use and operate the system, and did me a favor, drove me back home, since I didn’t get my driver’s license (only had permit) that day, which meant that I was not allowed to drove my own car back by myself unless someone who have driver’s license seated beside me. I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends if they need a car. Overall it was a pleasant experience! More

Damon Koppes showed us some great vehicles at Toyota of Iowa City. Our car buying adventure then took us to McGrath Used Car Superstore where we purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport but the process did not go Iowa City. Our car buying adventure then took us to McGrath Used Car Superstore where we purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport but the process did not go smoothly. We then experienced technical issues with our new purchase - not wanting to go back to the Cedar Rapids McGrath location we reached out to Damon for help. He is handling the situation expertly. Damon volunteered to take the SUV back to Cedar Rapids and get it diagnosed at their VW dealership. He lined up a loaner for us and has been in contact with us throughout the entire process. Damon received no financial reward for this - he is just a really great guy. I think that is what they mean when they say you are part of the McGrath family. Thank you very much Damon Koppes.
