We recently made a deal and drove the 9. 5 hours from middle Tennessee to purchase our new to us 2021 Lexus GX460. For context, I am an obsessive car enthusiast and have been through the purchasing process over 25 times at dealers all over the western us. I can say confidently that this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. My sales person Josh Hicks was as good as they get. In a post COVID world where dealers play games, hide ridiculous charges, and sales people seem bothered to help you, especially if you are not local, I couldn’t believe how fast and happily Josh fulfiledl all my requests of detailed pics and so forth, going way above and beyond making the most professional and awesome video of the car, complete with music and cometary. When I arrived the car was detailed and full of gas. Justin, the sales director treated us like family, as did Alex, the finance officer. I can’t recommend McGrath Toyota and Josh Hicks enough. From now on, they will be the first place I look when I’m on the market for a car, even though they are so far away.
