Specially from sales person Marian Jones who was not listening to our needs, got mad and kicked us out just because we did not agree to get a vehicle witch was totally different that we wanted. It is sad that unprofessional people gives you unpleasant feeling totally opposite from the car itself. More

In a matter of minutes, we were test driving the vehicle. I never felt Justin was pushy. We went over the details and we decided to buy the car. We waited to speak to Mike Agnello from the finance department. Once we were inside with Mike, the process was smooth. Mike was very efficient and friendly. He got us of out there in 20-30 minutes. The GM Tracy Isselhardt even took the time to check in with us a couple of times to make sure we were having a good experience. We ended up getting a RX450 Hybrid and couldn't be happier with our decision. Greg in finance was also very helpful in explaining the details to our deal and the Certified option we went with. I have to say this was the most easygoing car buying experience ever. I have already recommended this dealership and the sales people I worked with to my friends and family. More
