First Lexus purchase We were looking for a 2016-2017 used Lexus ES350. I had communicated with Glenn via email and phone call prior to making the 90 minute drive down fro We were looking for a 2016-2017 used Lexus ES350. I had communicated with Glenn via email and phone call prior to making the 90 minute drive down from Wisconsin. Although Glenn replied promptly to my email inquiry, I found him to be short and almost rude. Once we arrived at dealership, we felt as though we were inconveniencing him. He brushed off a few questions we had on the car. We realized the brakes made noise due to the length of time sitting on the lot but I was not going to pay $25K for a car and have loud brakes for a "few months". He offered no solution there. He was unwilling to negotiate at all and then slyly stated we could have his $200 commission and we shouldn't feel badly about it. Overall, not a pleasant experience. We were treated properly at our next two dealerships (Brookfield, WI and Naperville, IL where we ended up purchasing) More

Alisa Dunlap was my sales associate and I couldn't have asked for anything more. She currently drives the same model I ended up leasing so she knew everything about it and answered all of my questions with clarity. She also gave me a tour of the expansive dealership so I know exactly what to do when I come back for service or just to take advantage of the free car washes. Now I just need to convince my mom and sister to get a Lexus too. More
