Great inventory & starting prices that don't insult your intelligence were what I noticed to start. When dealing with our associate, Joe Scala, I could tell he was knowledgeable and not looking to "sell me." 90% of the time when I buy a car I know more about the make and model than my sales associate, not this time. The staff was friendly, classy and the facility is top notch. I would highly recommend McGrath Lexus of Westmont to anyone seeking out a new or uses Lexus. The drive will be worth it! More

Absolutely Fantastic! I realize now just how important relationships and executive staff are within a dealership. The approach of business stems from the GM and therefore I realize now just how important relationships and executive staff are within a dealership. The approach of business stems from the GM and therefore passed down to Sales personnel ( Tracy & Joe). I mentioned I would like to switch my car for an existing used car and so the search began. The professionalism and experience was fantastic . I walked away with my new Lexus (it is a used car but to me I still felt the new -car joy experience) pure awesome:) In addition with the top grade service provided i.e. New Battery / New Wheels / Brakes and Warranty. They further addressed my immediate concerns of car condition. Their understanding while helping me achieve my goal of owning a great Lexus was extremely satisfying within my budget. It's nice to know McGrath Lexus - Westmont, will work with me in both times when I am riding high and when I am rebuilding a new business. Loyalty matters a great deal to me. They made me feel like I mattered to them and from my previous experience with my other Non - Lexus dealer it was just the opposite experience. No Pressure Tactics During my search for a newer car, I found a certified used IS 350 at McGrath Lexus of Westmont that captured my attention. I contacted online sales and they sent my information to Jeff Walker and he the car ready for me to view once I got to the dealership. Jeff was very upfront and a straight shooter, which is what I like. He did not pressure me to make a decision, but we came to an agreement on the price real quick and now I am enjoying my new car! I highly recommend the dealership and Jeff in particular when looking for a new car. I will definitely will be coming back for service and my next car purchase! More

The features and the differences were "explained" to me rather than "sold" to me; the difference being that I could gather information to make my own decision rather than feeling pressured by a salesman. The feel of the dealership is more like a small, self-contained "community" rather than a car dealership. Everyone's friendly and going about their business, there are many comfortable places to sit, TVs, delicious cafe, massage, shoe shine, business stations, nice bathrooms -- everything you'd need!
