Could not have been better I cannot say enough positives about the dealer. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. This is a Lexus dealership, bu I cannot say enough positives about the dealer. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. We travelled from Memphis TN to buy RX 350 and Joe was a great salesman to accommodate our needs and criteria for the car. They weren't any dirty sales tactics used. I had told Joe how I needed a SUV type of car for all of my softball equipment that I need to have with me. He picked out the very best cars for me to look at. I ultimately found a Lexus that I totally love! Mr. Scala then showed me how to use my car by spending time showing me all the different options and features that the car had. I am so happy!!
