When I asked for missing air condition vent clip his response was this is how it was when you bought it, there is nothing I can do. The piece was there before the "cleaning." I lost trust in dealership and feel like once the sale was made we are on our own. I had planned on referring all my coworkers interested in the car, but his sorry your out of luck attitude was unexpected and disappointing. My son in law was with me and wanted to buy a SUV but when he saw the attitude for a missing a/c clip he didn't trust dealership to be honest or reliable. He said he will not buy it from this location and was sad a Lexus dealership has this poor service policy. More

Could not have been better I cannot say enough positives about the dealer. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. We travelled from Memphis TN to buy RX 350 and Joe was a great salesman to accommodate our needs and criteria for the car. They weren't any dirty sales tactics used. I had told Joe how I needed a SUV type of car for all of my softball equipment that I need to have with me. He picked out the very best cars for me to look at. I ultimately found a Lexus that I totally love! Mr. Scala then showed me how to use my car by spending time showing me all the different options and features that the car had. I am so happy!!
