From the ease and comfort of the office, to Joe scouring the data base to find exactly what I decided I had wanted, to the financing department calming me (when I became anxious yet again!) and giving me an even better deal than the one I had originally anticipated - I couldn't rate them highly enough. They took an anxious, overwhelmed person and made her, not only happy with purchasing a new car, but comfortable the entire time. I felt like I was family there. More

I met with Joe Scala and told him exactly what I wanted; unfortunately, the car wasn't there that day but Joe went above and beyond not only to locate the car I wanted but to get the order processed asap so they can start the shipping process. I thought I was going to have to wait about a week and that same day I went in, he called to tell me it was going to be available in two days!!! Not only did Joe provide exceptional customer service but in the little time we sat together I left feeling like he was a long time family friend! He made spending a lot of money fun and exciting! I also had the pleasure of working with Greg Luzinski and Tom O'Connor who took exceptional customer to the next level. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and working with all of these gentlemen. Awesome Experience My wife and I were in the market for a different vehicle. About one month ago she went to McGrath Lexus and subsequently met with Business Manager Mi My wife and I were in the market for a different vehicle. About one month ago she went to McGrath Lexus and subsequently met with Business Manager Mike Agnello. Our financial history made financing difficult due to a past business failure and other personal issues that we had cleared and we were trying to start anew. In speaking with Mike, my wife spoke of these past issues and Mike listened, and listened and listened. He was unable to do anything for financing on this visit but he promised my wife that he would continue to work on it and would be in touch. Every now and again my wife would get a call from Mike who assured her that he had not forgotten about her and that he was still working. Finally, a time later Mike called and invited us to McGrath and that he was sure he could now make something work. Mike personally met us and introduced us to Joseph Scala in sales. Joe assisted us in locating a few different vehicles within our price point and could not have been more helpful in helping us find a good quality vehicle within this range. Joe and Mike worked together as a team and once we picked a vehicle we met again with Mike. As promised Mike was able to make the purchase happen with a price within our budget. We left that evening with a quality vehicle for a fair price and outstanding personal Service from Joe and Mike. But it doesn't quite end there. The next day Mike called us and asked us if we could come into the dealership and that he and he had some good news for us. We couldn't imagine what the news might be. We arranged a time and met with Mike. He located a program that found us an even lower interest rate and shorter payment month. Even after the end of the sale Mike kept working for us and saved us thousands. This is supposed to be a review about a car buying experience. And it is. The the experience could not have been better. But it goes many steps further. Further in that Mike went not steps, but miles further, not to sell a car, but to help my wife and I re-establish a financial footing to get ours and our children's life back on track. Where no one else was able to help, Mike made it a mission. And he succeeded. Unbelievable. Mike Agnello and Joe Scala went beyond any of our expectations and exemplify a dedication to service that I have never experienced before from any car dealership. Mike and Joe made it personal in assisting us and for that I am grateful. I cannot recommend McGrath Lexus/Westmont enough. Especially Mike Agnello and Joe Scala. You have a customer for life. disappointment I have to say that I struggled with writing this review as I had purchased a cpo 2011 es350 from this dealership 2 years back with nothing but a good I have to say that I struggled with writing this review as I had purchased a cpo 2011 es350 from this dealership 2 years back with nothing but a good experience. This time however, we went in looking for a cpo 2013 rx350.... Right off the bat we had a pushy old-school, know-it-all salesman Gary who was trying to push a hybrid on us when we wanted a normal rx350. It got to the point where I bluntly asked the salesman that if he couldn't help us to drive an Rx350 then I'd like someone else.. He pointed us to a manager in a "dont waste my time" manner. The manager was admittedly nice and apologetic and sent us to another salesperson named Casey. Casey was polite but it became apparent in dealings with her and the dealership that there isn't a lot of transparency. We felt pushed to make a deal and the thought of bringing up comparable cars from other dealerships was absurd to them. When trying to ask whether it was even worth coming back to the dealer re: if the price was even negotiable, Casey got angry and exclaimed: "don't tell me how to do my job, I don't tell u how to do yours". Westmont's cars are priced over market value probably due the plethora of older affluent people in the area that don't do their research. I ended up finding the exact car I wanted at mcgrath lexus Chicago the next day and buying it for the price I wanted.. The price mcgrath Westmont said wasn't possible. If you are an educated consumer I would beware. The product knowledge and the typical paternalistic salespeople at mcgrath westmont will waste your time..... For a busy professional like myself, I will go elsewhere with my money. More
