Having bought a Lexus E350 two years ago and always purchasing Caddilacs for the past 37 years, I contacted Joe about the Lexus brand and glad I did. I usually do not have very nice comments for Automobile Dealers, however, both buying experiences "exceeded" our expectations and I am compelled to share. Joe Scala is "Top Shelf" and a True Professional with a high level of integrity. He treated my wife Marcia like a "Queen". He was able to find exactly what she was looking for and when you make my " wife" happy - so am I. The atmosphere that Joe presented was calm, appealing and refreshing; NO PRESSURE. Joe introduced us to Mike, Finance Mgr who we share the same sentiments. He made us feel relaxed and we both walked away with a great feeling - Respected and Cared for giving us a better understanding of what pure customer service is. I would like to close that Joe Scala is an " asset" to McGrath Lexus of Westmont. .He has a great future and expect this memo be shared with Joe, his GM and the Owner of the dealership. Joe is very focused with a very like able personality and approach that asks customer i admire. Will I go back to Caddilac? NO WAY'. As long as Joe is selling me a Lexis, " I am a Customer for Life". Both of the vehicles purchased run super and my wife and I enjoy driving. My youngest son bought a SUV from Joe and the Service Team has gone above and beyond expectations. The peace of mind that Lexus stands behind there Sales & Service is so important. I plan to send my oldest son to see Joe in the near future. Justin Storandt was everything. His office was comfortable although we spent a short amount of time there and that was primarily because he was very prepared. Casey is a rarity Casey was my sales associate for a used Lexus I was looking at. She was extremely helpful, friendly, very responsive, honest, and not pushy at all. Her business skills are not reflective of the norm when it comes to the "typical" car buying experience. Even though we couldn't quite come to an agreement on price (admittedly I'm looking at a very rare type of Lexus), she never once made me feel like she lost interest in the deal even though she knew it probably wouldn't happen. That's the mark of someone who really does care about the client and not just the sale. I won't hesitate to recommend her and I will continue to consider McGrath Lexus as an option when buying cars.
