The approach of business stems from the GM and therefore passed down to Sales personnel ( Tracy & Joe). I mentioned I would like to switch my car for an existing used car and so the search began. The professionalism and experience was fantastic . I walked away with my new Lexus (it is a used car but to me I still felt the new -car joy experience) pure awesome:) In addition with the top grade service provided i.e. New Battery / New Wheels / Brakes and Warranty. They further addressed my immediate concerns of car condition. Their understanding while helping me achieve my goal of owning a great Lexus was extremely satisfying within my budget.
