It also helps that Lexus is such a great, dependable automobile. Also, I really enjoy seeing familiar faces that have been there as long as I've been going there, such as Rueben. When buying this last car, he happened to be strolling through the area inside where they were cleaning off the car after bringing it over from Pasquanelli Drive. I got a big hug, how are the kids etc. That's really nice. Last, but not least, Joe Scala is a personal friend - our kids went to school together.
