Great Experience until i took the vehicle home.... Everything was fine with finding the perfect vehicle (Chevrolet Tahoe) for us and the loan approval. Once the purchase went thru I took the vehicle home but I was supposed to get vehicle matts order here we are 1 year latter and I never received them also I call several times and spoke to Jeff Walker and I got nothing but excuses once I look over my paperwork so I can file a report am as missing the sold as is document that is the said what I entitle to them. Then I call and find out he no longer works there so I try to talk to the use vehicle manager more than one time and never once he try to call me back or get in contact with me so This what I can tell you do not sign any documents or do not take the vehicle until you have what they office you. I am really disappointed More

We went for a test drive and when we got back he started the paperwork on my trade. While I waited for that and other paperwork to be completed Joe bought me lunch at the cafe inside the dealership! I was very impressed. By the time I finished eating the paperwork was done. We finished the financial details and I was on my way. Perfect car buying experience We saw a used car on the online inventory and called to make sure it was still available. It was Saturday night and Joe was about to go celebrate his wife's birthday but he took the best care of us through the entire car buying process! He was there till we drove away with the car. He handed us over to Mike to finish out the financing portion and everyone was literally the nicest people ever! They all stayed and we kept apologizing for keeping them after and they made us feel like we were silly for apologizing.
