Pressure is the worst thing buying a car but we got none from Joe. would go back to Joe in a flash and wouldn't hesitate to send family and friends to Joe. Mike Connery in finance was very thorough and pleasant and fully explained everything to our satisfaction and then some. Got us a great rate and was happy with the extended warranty. Ben Kruchten went through everything with us to make sure we knew how to enjoy all the features of our RX. He even synced both our phones and was very personable. We got a good deal but got an exceptionally clean well maintained vehicle which is the most important thing. Totally satisfied with the whole transaction. More

We met with Mel and indicated our desire to learn more about and test drive a gasoline and hybrid CPO Lexus RX. Mel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very easy to work with throughout our process. We had a lot of questions as we had not done a lot of research on the hybrid model or the Lexus brand. Mel gave us a lot of good information related to the differences in the vehicles and allowed us to work through our buying process without feeling we were being pushed or managed.
