I reached out to Joe Scala and Maria Giampietro with an e mail and was ignored. I understand vehicle was purchased without a warranty but a simple conversation or e mail about this issue would have pacified me instead of being ignored. I was going to purchase a luxury SUV after I retire next year from this dealership but will go elsewhere now. Aldo Datoli was the only one who responded to my every question / need. More
