Bought a 2020 Audi S4 from this dealership based on their great reviews. Drove up from Kalamazoo Michigan and bought the car for my wife to use. She noticed a two service lights on and called the salesperson. I brought it to our local Audi dealer in Kalamazoo. They did a favor and suctioned off some of the oil as it was overfilled. I had to make an appointment to have the sensor looked at. They said it was misaligned because of some damage. They said someone had done some shoddy repair work. Since it was the result of damage it would not be covered by the warranty. I told them to fix it as it was a safety issue. $800 plus later it was straightened out. My wife called the salesperson who could do nothing. She sent the Sales Manager messages including a copy o the bill from the Audi dealer. All we heard was crickets and wondered where the great reviews came from. We will try the general manager next but it isn’t promising. More
