Tim and Ryan in the Service Department did a great job diagnosing my rear shock issue that another Lexus dealer and an independent shop could not. They exceeded my expectations and replaced my rear shoc diagnosing my rear shock issue that another Lexus dealer and an independent shop could not. They exceeded my expectations and replaced my rear shocks at about a quarter of the cost the other Lexus dealer quoted. The independent shop told me the rear hatch struts were the problem which would have cost multiples of what Lexus Westmont found. Most important though is they seem to have fixed the issue. Will have to drive the car some more but so far so good. I did not expect so professional an experience after my dealings with my regular Lexus dealer. I must admit after my bad experience with the other Lexus dealer and the independent shop I was about ready to just give up and trade the car. I will return for service at Lexus Westmont and they will be first on my list when I replace my RX. Thanks again!!! More

This is my 1st experience with McGrath and although I never received my text messages back from my inquiries, on my 3rd attempt I did get my service visit scheduled.
