From my initial phone call, connecting with Hani, to the actual final purchasing of a new vehicle, my experience was a great one! At the beginning I was only inquiring about the dealers current inventory o actual final purchasing of a new vehicle, my experience was a great one! At the beginning I was only inquiring about the dealers current inventory of a specific Lexus vehicle. Even though the dealer didn’t have exactly what I was looking for Hani took my inquiry an extra step and researched the possibility of any upcoming future cars matching my interest. He found one and that led to me physically going to the dealership to meet him and test drive the model I was interested in. Hani was very personable professional and low key. I was willing to wait for the car of my Dreams and the rest is history.
