My husband and I flew in from GA to purchase a beautiful used Audi A5 coupe at McGrath Lexus. We immediately noticed that not only was the dealership beautiful, but the people who worked there were warm a used Audi A5 coupe at McGrath Lexus. I typically do not like the car buying experience, however, working with Mel Owens made this experience one to remember. Mel was very professional and guided me through the process of my purchase with INTEGRITY. He was someone I knew that I could TRUST. Prior to my arrival, he had already worked with my credit union to ensure that my car buying experience was going to be a seamless one. The only thing I had to do was test drive the car, like it, and sign my paperwork. I did all of that within a couple of hours. My car was presented to me not only spit-shined, but Mel made sure that the car was road ready for the 830-mile drive back to GA. I also want to give a special shout out to Aldo Datoli, who reviewed and thoroughly explained the necessary paperwork I needed for the GA tax office and to get my car tags. It does not end there. I received a phone call just after crossing the GA state line from Mel, who just wanted to check to see how we and the car were doing, AND insisted that we call and let him know that we had arrived home safely. This man cares about his customers. You cannot ask for a better car buying experience that the one we had at McGrath Lexus! More
