The 5 star standard is hilarious! I contacted this dealership by email and phone. Service Department, Sales Dept, Finance Dept, your GM (twice) and got zero replies which is why your dealership deserves negative zero stars. After purchasing the vehicle, travelled 47 miles and parked the car in my driveway. 2 days after the purchase, found the trunks tailgate would not open. This I feel is a legitimate customer concern! Westmont Lexus does not agree! I had to contact another McGrath dealership to find out who I could turn to for assistance. I provided my contact info and lo and behold, Maria called me from Westmont Lexus! She is the Customer care manager that offered less than zero customer care and assistance.
