The one factor I couldn't calculate in numbers was the service. The way I am treated when I'm at McGrath Lexus is such a positive experience that it supplants the "good deal" as my #1 criteria for a car purchase. I tried to imagine what it would be like at other dealerships when I needed to bring the car in for service. I visited all the waiting rooms, talked with service people, etc. McGrath is in a class by itself. Rita Barkstrom is in a class by herself as well. She was a huge factor in my decision.
