She is highly sought after and very busy, but she continually checked-in with us to let us know how long she would be before being able to assist us. It is no wonder she is in high demand; she has been a Sales Consultant with McGrath Lexus for quite some time and she knows her product and is passionate about the brand she represents. In this age of information overload with autotrader.com, cars.com, etc. she personalized our experience such that we wouldn't consider using any of these other means by which to buy a car. Rita was "perfect" in handling everything. She let me know that she was there and obviously waited patiently. Tom O'Connor was completely professional; it was obvious he did everything possible and more, regarding the financial matters. Steve Gibson has been my sales guy for over twelve years and seven new cars and I can honestly say that the customer service and the prices he's provided have matched or surpassed what I've found on the web. At the same time, the dealership is so large, friendly, bright and comfortable that I'll occasionally stop by for a free car wash, coffee, and snack just because I'm in the area. And whether I'm actively looking for a new car or just for a car wash, I'm treated as a valued guest, not just as a potential sale. After the experience over the past twelve years I'm sure that if Steve told me he was selling lawn mowers, I'd probably buy one from him. More

Joe Scala has a great personality, is polite and respectful, knowledgeable and professional. After deciding on the car and reviewing its service history, it took us less than 10 minutes to agree on a price. The whole procedure was stress-free and relaxed. We made arrangements to pick the car up the following day. The car was ready and detailed; signing the paperwork took less than 5 minutes and than Joe set us up with a technician who explained all of the vehicle features and answered all of our questions. We were in and out so smoothly, thanks to Joe Scala. Our experience with Joe Scala has been outstanding and unique and he has followed up with personal phone calls and e-mails concerning our satisfaction with our purchase. He gave me an extremely fair price for my car and was patient and kind throughout the whole process. I went there the first time to get a price and when I went back about a week later to purchase my car, he had one cleaned up for me in the back before I came in. When purchasing the car, I worked with Mike Agnello who showed me ALL of my options with warranty's, months of payments, APR %, etc. He was very understanding and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Westmont and I absolutely love my new car! More
Loved my experience! This is my 4th Lexus and my best experience yet. Have dealt only with Orland Lexus in the past. Selected the Westmont location as an option strictly for proximity to employment and will stay here because of excellent customer service. Went to both Orland Lexus as well as Cadillac on this same day after looking for months on line. Neither of the other locations seemed interested in selling me a vehicle or couldn't be bothered. Sounds strange these days, but I find that many places still view a woman shopping alone still needs the approval of her husband so nothing is going to happen that day. They would both be diasspointed to know that I didn't. It is too bad because I was a serious consumer with every intention of purchasing immediately. I had cold-called Lexus in Westmont and was fortunate to be connected with Rita Barkstrom. Rita listened on the phone and when I arrived on that Saturday (without any appt), she was with another client. What I liked most was that another sales associate was willing to step in and assist until Rita was free. That shows true professionalism in sales and a confidence in staffing. The teamwork is what I find impressive because at the end of the day, even though the sales person is receiving the commission, it is for the betterment of the dealership as a whole. That says alot about their leadership. Once Rita was free she spent a great deal of time with me and when I left I felt very confident that we would close the deal on a new car once we both obtained the information we needed. Delivery was seamless and every aspect of the facility was impressive. Yesterday received a follow up call from Rita and it was pleasant to know it was just a courtesy call. Rita was knowledgable about everything, we did not need a manager to come and fast talk us to close the deal. we told her what we wanted. I would gladly recommend any of my friends to Rita. She is everything that Mcgrath says they offer, she provided us with a worl-class ownership experince made us feel like Royalty. She could say "no" when she had to with out using the word no. I was completely Satisfied with her she was referred to me by an ex-manager of Lexus, Bob and she was everything he told me she was. I'ii be back and I will only deal with Rita. She spoke very proudly of her co-workers and introduced everyone we would be working with when we csame in for services.
