We literally could have walked out with both cars in one afternoon except for the fact that they had to locate the cars we wanted. Within 48 hours of getting the details of the cars we wanted, they located them and then had them in the lot cleaned and prepped for us to pick up. The whole experience with the Mcgrath team was excellent, from walking in the door to driving out of the lot, Even the grill cheese that the café made for Daniel, Sandras son, while he waited for us to finish the owner orientation was perfect! More

We were pleasantly surprised that he did not take this information as an opportunity to pressure us. He was at all times gracious and pleasant to deal with. He had great product knowledge and was very accommodating (he even offered to come in on his day off). When we did decide to lease another RX, the purchase/lease process was made very easy and relatively painless. Peter was very efficient and moved things along quickly. Bob Crowden made getting educated on all the intricacies of operating the car (from where to store the bulky manual to how and when to adjust gears to receiving text messages) very enjoyable, as he has a great sense of humor. And, finally, Mike Agnello in finance was also efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend McGrath and Peter Mangano to anyone considering a Lexus. More

Rita was welcoming and allowed me to test drive the car I was looking at with relative ease. Some dealers really love to talk your ear off during the test drive, really taking your attention away from the vehicle. Thankfully, Rita had just the right amount to say during the drive, allowing me to take note of the IS F's enjoyable engine note. Once it came down to the financial nitty gritty, Rita and Jim made it a quick and easy process. Some dealerships love to take hours out of your day just to "talk it over". Rita and Jim had a few short conversations before Jim then talked with me directly and was able to come to an agreement about price. Couldn't have been easier than that. Mike in the finance department and I had a great conversation and I didn't feel pressured by anything while my finance paperwork was filled out. Although the electronic system was having an issue, Mike was happy to recreate the process by hand, quickly and efficiently. This was a great experience. All around, the process of buying a vehicle could not have been better. If you're in the area (or even don't mind driving a bit further for a great experience), I recommend McGrath Lexus of Westmont.
