Thank you for your apology however we would not consider this a rare experience.we experienced similar "unintentional"disinterest in past experiences. At that time, we joked that guessed we weren't dress good enough . In the past, we had purchased from your dealership and been happy with the cars and with Dean in Service. However, after my last three visits to your showroom left us feeling disappointed not to mentioned insulted. Thank you for offering us the level of service that we deserve but we deserved it the first two times.

Thank you for your response. and apology. Please note that our experience was not frustration but insulting. We think this is common practice by your employees and I would suggest that perhaps training should included not pre-judging a customer. What does a Lexus owner look like? Or how should I dress for the occassion? As I explained to Maria, this is not the first time and she can relay our further comments to you.Just so you know that we've own 5 Lexus', three from you dealership. Henry was the one who earned that business and since he retired no one has come close. Sorry to say, no one has even tried..We have been to Woodfield and were greeted and assisted with all our questions and test drives. Why should I not go to the place that respects a customer when the walk in their door.
