I was having a problem with my rim plating bubbling and pealing. I went to highland park lexus for service. They were giving me a hard time to have all 4 rims replaced, and to top it off, they wanted me to pealing. I went to highland park lexus for service. They were giving me a hard time to have all 4 rims replaced, and to top it off, they wanted me to wait 1 hour to get a loaner car so my issue could be fixed. I ended up walking out of the dealership and going back to McGrath lexus. When I called Paul on the Phone he was the best as always! I was able to make an Apt at my convience, when I drove in to the service bay, I was met right away by a porter to take my info. Then Paul met me and completed his paperwork, we looked at the defective rims, and I was in a loaner car. The entire process took less than 10 mins and I was on my way! I highly recomend Paul as a service advisor!!! and Definatly recomend McGrath lexus for your purchase and service needs!!! Great Job Paul!!! Thank you for your help!!! More

Thank you, Bill. My wife and I were really pleased with the purchaseing exprerience with you. We live in Iowa, and it took us three and half hours to got to the dealership. The vehicle is in good condition and well maintained. And the people there are nice and helpful. They consider customers as their friends. Because my wife doesn't have a driver licence, Bill sent a following car with us when we went to return the rental car. And he helped us to communicate with the original owner for the additional keys. We made a done deal in one hour. They earn reasonable money for their hard working. I will recommand Bill and the dealership to my friends. Still I have a regret. I wish I lived near the dealership, so I can enjoy the life long free car wash and hot tea from them. More
