The funny thing about it was that I didn't really intend to buy a car that day. I planned to only get a price for a new ES350 just as I had at a nearby Lexus dealer closer to where I live. But when Mike and Alisa started throwing out numbers for a new Lexus to replace my 2007 Acura TL, I knew about where I wanted to end up. Not only did they beat the other price, they beat it by more than $2700. That is the way I like to do business when buying a car---get right down to where you want to end up so it is a fair deal for both sides. I like to take excellent care of my cars, but I want to be rewarded for that extra care when it is time to get a new one. I loved my Acura TL, but my new Lexus ES350 is really a neat automobile, and one that I am sure to be happy with. My hometown is Alexis, Illinois a small town downstate near Galesburg. When people ask me where I'm from, I can say, "Alexis." When they ask what kind of car I drive, I can say, "a Lexus." I have always wanted to be able to say that!! More

We did not expect to make a deal with your agency when we walked in the door. Steve helped us with the process and helped us attain a fair price for our trade in and also helped explain everything we needed walked in the door. We still can not figure out how Steve was able to have the car we purchased come in to the dealership when we were in his office discussing the CT200,some type of magic.I might point out he sold us a RX350 this last October and this we felt was also a very fair deal for all of us.
