When you elected to purchase your 2011 Lexus ES 350 we presented you with our highest effort of customer service before the negotiation as you said in your review. You voiced that your deepest concern was lowering the price. We discounted the vehicle below market price. Once again, you furthered your concern to get a lower price. Our dealership typically offers the benefits of a standard retail purchase, such as having a place to voice your concerns and a willingness to resolve such minor issues as the A/C clip, as well as a generous full tank of gas, and a detailed and clean vehicle. The only way we could afford to lower our price was to end the retail experience and continue on in an AS IS - No Warranty transaction. You chose to lower the price and waived the benefits of our typical retail transaction in the name of saving money. Our dealership has a reputation as one of the most luxurious destinations in the world to purchase a car from. We also have a reputation for being willing to work with anyone in any situation to help them find the car of their dreams. If you would like to purchase the parts and labor at full retail price we would be willing to solve your troubles with our renown retail customer service. We cannot discount everything or fix everything for free when you were not willing to pay a retail price for the vehicle or part.
