Kathy in managment handled the transaction; "just right"-perfect even. The car deal was an excellent value. The point of delivery, the whole facility is: "knock your socks off amazing." Lexus is a luxury car and I have to say since my first purchase in 2003, I would not buy any other car. The quality is built in. The treatment you get is tops. Upon buying the new Lexus RX 350 every employee there at McGrath jumped at the opportunity to please us in every way. I could not be happier. I loved the point of delivery, teacher and service manager taking time to explain all the Lexus bells and whistles. Excellence at every turn. More

Flew in to pick up a car I bought sight unseen. I was told vehicle was in great condition. When I brought vehicle home ( with less than 30,000 miles)the rear tires had steel showing through and I was f told vehicle was in great condition. When I brought vehicle home ( with less than 30,000 miles)the rear tires had steel showing through and I was forced to replace the tires at a cost of $900.00. I asked the dealer to split the cost as this was not an expense I was informed I would have to make to drive the vehicle. I was not informed of the condition of the tires. Bill told me that there was not enough profit to do the right thing. I felt like the bait and switch was played on me. Poor customer service, let the buyer beware! Bill Tacker is a liar, do not buy a vehicle from him! I did not ask for anything special, just for Bill and the dealership to do the right thing after misleading me on the condition of the vehicle. More
Glen was very helpful and friendly. We worked out a fair price. I did not give great on all as we need a few things done to the car (it was a holiday yesterday so the dealership was short staffed). It needs a more indepth detail, the button for setting seats is depressed, the drivers side seat belt does not spring back. But I would definately recommend the dealership after my experience with Glen and Michael in finance was also efficient and helpful. More
