My husband and I live 3 hours away in Indiana. While looking for a used car we happened upon McGrath's website. I called in and spoke with Greg. He took care of me and my mom. He had updates on what was going on in the loan process. He asked us what our needs were and price limitations etc and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. He understood what were were trying to accomplish. I would go back to McGrath Lexus again and again for my future cars and Greg don't you dare leave because you do a wonderful job there. I was absolutely bowled over with the professionalism of the sales staff at Mcgrath. I has shopped 2 other Lexus dealers. Upon buying the new Lexus RX 350 every employee there at McGrath jumped at the opportunity to please us in every way. I could not be happier.
