He walked me through every aspect of the vehicle features and spent his time explaining everything. He took care of me and my mom. He had updates on what was going on in the loan process. He asked us what our needs were and price limitations etc and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I was absolutely bowled over with the professionalism of the sales staff at Mcgrath. I has shopped 2 other Lexus dealers. Kathy in managment handled the transaction; "just right"-perfect even. The car deal was an excellent value. The point of delivery, the whole facility is: "knock your socks off amazing." Lexus is a luxury car and I have to say since my first purchase in 2003, I would not buy any other car. The quality is built in. The treatment you get is tops. Upon buying the new Lexus RX 350 every employee there at McGrath jumped at the opportunity to please us in every way. I could not be happier. I loved the point of delivery, teacher and service manager taking time to explain all the Lexus bells and whistles. Excellence at every turn. More
