Money hungry … even a pandemic haven’t made them care …poor customer service in covering a safety Issue. Horrible & dishonest Alvin, Justin and GM Jimmy Chang they just pass the buck … stay away from these money hungry people they have no compassion for absorbing cost for a safety issue …they want your money but are heartless in giving anything back.It’s all about gouging you for their profits!
