I took my car in for service on February 29. I recieved a report that showed what service needed to be done on my suv. In August I had my suv serviced and they gave me a report that showed that I needed $370 report that showed what service needed to be done on my suv. In August I had my suv serviced and they gave me a report that showed that I needed $3705.00 worth of work. On the new report all those problems are gone even though I never had the repairs done. They are recommending work that does not need to be done in the hope of increasing service revenue. More
