I bought a certified used Lexus 350RX from Larry P. He was incredibly attentive and helpful - the nicest sales experience I have ever had at any car dealer and I have bought over 10 cars. The customer education process was quite a new experience. The car was experiencing a slight noise problem and although it took 2 visits to finally solve it, they did. I am an engineer, so know noise problems are very hard to diagnose. The service technician drove the car while I sat in the back seat to help him pinpoint the noise. Once that was done, he managed to fix the problem quickly - which came from broken fittings on the gas tank shield. Car now runs very quietly and even though it was a used car, McGrath treated me with great attention and real concern. Loaner car policy and car washes are a great bonus. stunning show room and customer waiting area. A super dealership in my view. More

I had been to about ten dealerships ealier in the day. I had pictures and prices in hand, but when I arrived to those dealerships those vehicles did not live up to my expectation. Shortly after I arrived I was put in touch with Scott Raymond. He was personable and very low pressure. The price they were asking for the vehicle was reasonable, but a little beyond my budget. I had already received a couple of estimates for my trade-in, but Scott and his dealership offered my slightly more for my trade-in and we were able to come to a very reasonable agreement. I feel like I received a great deal on my "new" used vehicle. It was nice that they had a luxurious waiting area, because the wait was just slightly more that I expected. Alisa Griffen- Westmont. It was the best experience I have had in leasing a car -- and I have leased five of them (non-Lexus) in the past 15 years. Alisa Griffen-Dunlap was my salesperson. She responded promptly to my online request for information and provided terrific and fast follow-up to my financing questions. She met me at the dealership later that evening and stayed late to get the deal done. Alisa is friendly and respectful and made every effort to expedite the closing process (at my request) because of a tight time constraint for me. Her professional and friendly manner was on display throughout the dealership, as there was a seamless customer service transition from Alisa in sales to Michael in financing to Ben at delivery to the gentlemen who prepped the car.
