I was an out of state buyer, looking for an exact combo of features on a RX 350. Rita was very professional and courteous. Kraig spent several hours training us. I had a 2001 RX300 and all the bells and whistles on the RX350 were new to me, he was very patient. My husband and I came to Lexus looking for a 2006 Jeep Commander that he had seen on the internet. When we arrived, the car was not on the lot. He had spoken with Greg the day before on the internet, so we were disappointed when we did not see the vehicle. Greg greeted us, and immediately sought out to find the Jeep. When he did locate the vehicle, he was upfront and honest that the vehicle had a dent in it, and gave us a very comfortable "out" if we did not want to take the test drive. After driving the vehicle, Greg was trememdous in getting not only securing what we wanted in value for our trade in, but immediately took ownership of the issue with the dent and scheduled our appointment to get it fixed, without question. The spectacular part of the whole buying process was after we filled out the initial paperwork and were waiting on the finance manager. Now I have bought several cars, and was prepared to spend hours at the dealership (which has been my previous experience) In this case, however, we were in the manager's office within 30 minutes. Manager Michael Agnello was very friendly and made the buying process easy. Within an hour, we were in our new car and headed out the door. I will be returning to these guys for all of my future car purchases, as well as recommending them to everyone. More
