Well, I just purchased my 8th Lexus from McGrath Lexus in Westmont. I have to say the reasons that brought me there from day one are still evident 12 years later. I have used the same Sales Consultant every time, Steve Gibson. The fact that he has been there for that long should speck volumes for the staff and the Dealership as a whole. Steve and McGrath have never pushed me to buy a car, never played that car salesman game that I hate, YOU KNOW "let me get my manager", he come over shakes your hand tells you "Oh your kids are so cute".. McGrath Lexus is not a "Car Dealership", it's a place to go and buy a car the way I think you should buy one. Tonight was my appointment with one of McGraths Delivery Specialist, a gentleman by the name of Kraig. He spent 1 1/2 hours with me and my family and went over every single button on the car. He was patient with us and answered all of our question. Even taught me some new iphone tricks. When I left I felt very comfortable with the car and what it can do.... It was perfect and Greg was both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful - highlighting the benefits of the Lexus Hybrid and the insane number of features it had. I have rated this dealership with all 5's because they gave great service. I brought the care in because of what I thought was a scratch but turned out to be something else, whereas washing the care and d gave great service. Our experience purchasing the RX 350 was excellent. Joe Scala is a great person to work with, just as he had been in 2005 when I bought the first vehicle there. The only poor experience was the first try at fixing a scratch on the rear drive door. It was certainly not at the level of standard we have come to expect from McGrath. I purchased a 2011 Lexus RX350 this weekend with the help of Justin. It was definitely a different car buying experience than I had in the past... I felt i was not only buying a car, but an experience. I' of Justin. It was definitely a different car buying experience than I had in the past... I felt i was not only buying a car, but an experience. I've only had the car for a couple days now, and unfortunately had a flat tire this morning. Surprisingly Justin called to make sure I was still loving the car. I told him about the flat tire, and within 20 minutes, someone was at my house fixing the tire. He even followed up to make sure they got here for me. Again, only a couple days in, but so far I'm pleased. I hope the experience is long term, unlike most dealerships, but it seems like it will be!
