I really do not know how I could possibly be more satisfied with the process of buying a car. This is my second purchase from this dealership. I was so happy with my first Lexus and the dealership satisfied with the process of buying a car. This is my second purchase from this dealership. I was so happy with my first Lexus and the dealership service that I really did not even consider going anywhere else to buy a car. I think Mel and the team at McGrath managed to exceed my highest expectations. They are all that good! When my new car did not come in for several weeks, they gave me a loaner to make the wait very tolerable and convenient. Everyone who works there seems to be in a good mood and happy in their work. Their management team must be doing a good job to keep their employees that happy. I really could not say enough positive things about this dealership, but I will stop here, I guess. More

What a great experience! I had seen the car of my dreams online and made an online appointment to see the vehicle. After meeting Larry Pebelske, I knew we were in good hands. After the test drive, he did everything possible to make us comfortable and was willing to work with us any way possible so I could have that car. He made us feel completely at home and relaxed. It was a pleasure doing business here, and I will truly send any friends in the market for a vehicle here. You can be sure that when I am ready for my next car, I will be back! Michael Connery was also great, and Ben was wonderful going over the whole vehicle with us. I really was impressed with the way the vehicle rolls out after the curtain goes up. Very dramatic! I believe it was Craig who went over the car's functions with me. He was great. After I flew in and crabbed over to the wrong dealership, Scott was not phased even though he came in early to meet me. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and get the paperwork completed as quick as possible. A service rep at the Chicago store got Willy, a long time employee, to shuttle me to the Westmont store. That was a very enjoyable ride. Willy, Scott, and another unknown associate talked very positively about the McGrath organization. After spending a few hours there, I knew their feelings were genuine and well founded. More
