So glad that i went, i asked the sales manager to refer me an agent that wants to make a deal. the sales manager was very nice and friendly, and refer me to Joe. Joe, what a no nonsense guy, i feel comfortable talking to him, and since the sale price on autotrader.com was good enough, i didn't even nogociate the price and just accept the price on the web. Joe being a nice guys, throw in a new set of floor mat for me. I would definataly consider this place first and call Joe when buying a car. More

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and especially enthusiastic ! He even gave my little guy a bunch of give-aways (posters,etc.). I am very impressed with the facility, their organization and personalized treatment of their customers. They seem to really take care of, and provide for their customers. Our delivery specialist Kraig Dykman spent over 2 hrs. with my wife and I going over the vehicle and all it's operating systems and details answering all of our questions, and seemed genuinely excited about it. That's partially true - the service department is great and certainly impacts the decision to buy. But I have to say, that of all the dealers I have dealt with (and I have bought a lot of cars in my 60 years)this sales staff is the best to deal with that I have ever experienced. More
