We just bought ES 350 from McGrath and this is our 2nd car from McGrath Westmont. We are very happy with the service and customer service specially our sales associate Larry Pebelske. Joe Scala was incredibly professional throughout our whole car purchasing process. He was warm and welcoming when we first introduced ourselves, and actively listened when we were explaining our situati whole car purchasing process. He gave us many options and suggestions throughout our decision making process. He never made us feel pressured or tried to guilt us into making any decisions that we weren't ready to make. He walked us to every department and waited until we were finished. He was the first and last person that we saw when we were moving from department to department. He worked vigorously to meet/match our price and payment methods. It's very rare to find a car salesman that makes you feel like you can trust them, but Joe Scala was one of the very few that i felt that i could trust. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family that are interested in buying a new/used Lexus. Thank you, and great job, Joe! More
McGrath Lexus had the used BMW I was looking for. Scott was ready with keys in hand when I arrived. After a short test drive, I knew this was the car for me. The detailing service could have been a little better. There were waterspots and swirl marks left on the car. We asked to have them removed, but this was not done. Scott is one of the most friendly, helpful and patient salesmen I have ever dealt with. I would say I felt a little bit taken advantage of. I didn't like the fact that I was told one thing, and another was done. I was told I was to receive free XM, for 2 months. I purchased the vehicle on didn't like the fact that I was told one thing, and another was done. I was told I was to receive free XM, for 2 months. I purchased the vehicle on Monday and it went out by Saturday of the same week. I felt very taken advantage of on the trade in and the price of the used vehicle. Scott assured me that he could work with that price when I was told the price outside when I was test-driving it. I didn't pay anywhere close to what I expected to pay for the car. Scott was good, until he got what the sale closed...and then when I tried to contact him about various items, he treated me with somewhat disrespect over a text message. My boyfriend and I then went in to talk to the sales manager trying to get some resolution to why we were being ignored or treated the way we were. He did make me feel the way we should have been treated from the start of our car-buying experience. He did give us free XM for one year, an extra free oil-change, and a free detail to be whenever I wanted as long as I owed the vehicle. I did appreciate him taking the time to listen to us, and accomadating us when we felt uneasy about our experience with Scott. Thank you for trying with all your efforts to make your wrongs right! Finally we had a chance to get one and it was really hard to decide what color combination. I definitely wanted Black exterior with Seddle interior color combination. It wasn't easy to find one. I happened to call McGrath of Westmont and Larry Pebelske answered my call. I asked him what I was looking for and he told me he had one there. My husband and I were so happy. We drove there right away and Larry was more than friendly. He seemed like genuenly care for us. It was a little bit more than we wanted to pay for but with friendly sales person like Larry and all the rest of the staff made up for it. We are very happy with our purchase and definitely will recomend this dealership to everyone. Thank you very much for your all help, Larry!! More
