Having bought 6 vehicles in 10 years, I have been in the place where you dread when it is time to buy a new vehicle. I started researching used vans, and found a beautiful minivan on Ebay for sale. I immediately called the number on the listing and spoke with Greg Luzinski. Never one time did I get apprehensive, worried, or nervous while dealing with Greg. He was very kind, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful to our family. By far, in all of our vehicle purchases, this was the most enjoyable experience. Greg went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable and welcome during our visit. We will definitely be back for Greg's help with our next vehicle purchase. Also, we want to thank Michael Agnello for his help in our purchase. Michael was so friendly and did everything in his power to help us, and we are grateful for his help. These staff members were amazing, and we wouldn't hesitate to send our family and friends to them, and will be return customers ourselves. Thank you so much Greg and Michael for your time, help, and friendliness... you made buying a vehicle enjoyable and stress free. More
I was shopping for a 2013 Lexus ES hybrid at several local dealerships, McGrath Lexus of Westmont being one of them. The sales consultant I dealt with was Glenn Ginter. I made several visits to each d local dealerships, McGrath Lexus of Westmont being one of them. The sales consultant I dealt with was Glenn Ginter. I made several visits to each dealership, making test drives and speaking with each salesperson at length. I ended up purchasing my car at a different dealership than this one. I then sent e-mails out to each salesperson I dealt with to thank them for their time, that this particular dealership gave me an offer I could not refuse. Glenn then sent me the following response... "I am disappointed with the fact you did not give me the courtesy of matching or beating their price with all the time I spent with you. You wanted costco pricing and that is what I gave you. I don't get it. 2 weeks of texting, emails, test drives. A big waste of time for me.... thx........" Wow. I was not even expecting a response from anyone, but to read this? Is this standard practice for sales consultants at McGrath Lexus of Westmont? This was the most inappropriate, unprofessional message I have EVER received from any salesperson, car or not. I want Glenn along with his dealership to know that the offer I could not refuse was even BETTER than what I was asking. And you know what? I gave my business to them. Why? The price was right but I gave my business to this particular salesperson who has always been not only respectful to me but KNOWLEDGABLE about the ES hybrid. Whenever I had a question he answered it immediately and correctly. Glenn always had to "look into it" or "Oh? Yeah, that feature's pretty neat." Now that is what I would actually call a waste of MY time. I gave my business to a dealership that when I walked in and was asked if I wanted a refreshment, I was actually walked over and shown the waiting area rather than someone pointing across the showroom, "Oh. Then it's over there. Around the corner" as I was at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. I have told many of my friends who are car shopping to not even consider McGrath Lexus of Westmont. I am the consumer and it is my money, I don't need to make phone calls to four other people I am dealing with to get an okay to jump on a great offer at a dealership I like. More

I can be a tough customer, and Justin took time to determine my needs, and worked at my pace to find me the Lexus, and it was a wonderful experience. He was diligent in his follow up with me, and he was sincere in our interactions. Although he was persistent in his follow up, he was resourceful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. He gave me a great deal! Also, he called me a few days after I purchased the car to make sure that I was satisfied. I will definitely be recommending Justin and McGrath Lexus of Westmont to anyone in my network who is looking to purchase a vehicle. 5 stars for great service!! More
I just absolutely love Rita Barkstrom at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. She is such a warm caring person, that you don't feel as she is selling you a car, but more of an experience. Firstly, when you walk in McGrath, you can feel the luxury. The show room is beautiful and luxurious. In a matter of minutes, I was greeted by at least 3 sales people, but once i told them I had an appointment with Rita, they all graciously "backed off" and wished me well. I thought that was nice. My new purchase was my third with Rita and fourth with the Lexus product. My first was not at McGrath, but upon servicing my car there, I "changed" dealerships and never went back to the other one. The level of professionalism and customer service is so refreshing, from the sales people, service and just car washing staff, you couldn't ask for better service or even get it anywhere else. With the state of the economy, you want to feel as if you matter and that although you might feel a little apprehensive splurging on a luxury vehicle, it is worth it! They really work to get you the best price and it is a great dependable product. Ever since we met Rita, we have always gone back to her. She is always available to answer any questions honestly and promptly. You never feel rushed. In fact when I know its time for a new vehicle, I just call her. We just can't say enough about her! I recommend everyone shop with her! More

Joe Scala was incredibly professional throughout our whole car purchasing process. He was warm and welcoming when we first introduced ourselves, and actively listened when we were explaining our situati whole car purchasing process. He gave us many options and suggestions throughout our decision making process. He never made us feel pressured or tried to guilt us into making any decisions that we weren't ready to make. He walked us to every department and waited until we were finished. He was the first and last person that we saw when we were moving from department to department. He worked vigorously to meet/match our price and payment methods. It's very rare to find a car salesman that makes you feel like you can trust them, but Joe Scala was one of the very few that i felt that i could trust. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family that are interested in buying a new/used Lexus. Thank you, and great job, Joe! More
McGrath Lexus had the used BMW I was looking for. Scott was ready with keys in hand when I arrived. After a short test drive, I knew this was the car for me. The detailing service could have been a little better. There were waterspots and swirl marks left on the car. We asked to have them removed, but this was not done. Other than that, the experience was good. I am very pleased with the vehicle. More
