He was very knowledgeable and a great listener; he immediately addressed all of my concerns. I test drove two vehicles with him. I was concerned about the value of my trade-in and the price of the new car. He was very patient and explained what he could do for me and we agreed on a price. I then met with the Finance person, Mike Connery. Mike was very pleasant and quickly explained my finance options. He seemed to be looking out for my best interest.
