I have NEVER had such an easy and comfortable experience purchasing a used car.I had two purchases at McGrath prior to this one, and had a recommendation of a specific woman.When I called, I learned that al purchasing a used car.I had two purchases at McGrath prior to this one, and had a recommendation of a specific woman.When I called, I learned that although she was scheduled to have been in, she wasn't there and had NOT called in. I was immediately of the idea that I wanted someone reliable.I asked to "just connect me with the next person in rotation".LUCKY for me, Scott Raymond answered in a timely manner, with compassion,humor,empathy and a sincerity in his voice which put me at ease.He LISTENED as I explained the situation with my prior car in service, and was willing to show me my options as it appeared to be senseless to repair my 2001 ES300. I had not entertained switching cars until this episode. Scott very smoothly made an appointment for me to come in and connected with service,to allow me to use the rental while we did some checking. I repeat, Scott centered in on possibilities with a LISTENING ear, narrowing the choices and never coming across as pushy or frustrated with me. I then threw in the fact that I would have to discuss this all with my sons, and Scott did adjust to my sons airplane schedule and then being detained at his convention another day . Scott continued to keep the conversations lighthearted and actually, his incredible humor helped the cause! We focused on several options and when my son finally arrived, the whole choice changed because my son KNEW I needed navigation. Scott switched gears calmly and continued the search with new stips . As the couple of days turned, Scott was patient and funny beyond ...my son was so comfortable with Scots integrity; he didn't have to return. Friday was my babysitting day with my 4 1/2 year old grandson,so I had him with , and Scott didn't flinch. We negotiated the deal after hours on a Friday,with a child.! Because of the late hour, and the day, I had to take delivery after the weekend, and Scott continued to check on that process to be sure it was going perfectly. His communication skills are abundant. On a lighter note, Scots dog Cubby is a very "lucky dog" to have Scott!! More

Overall I had a fantastic experience at the Westmont McGrath Lexus. From the start when I met my sales associate Justin Storandt, all the way to pulling out of their parking lot in my new car. I can't even think of any part of my experience that was sub-par. I was very nervous about buying a new car. Immediately when I walked into the showroom I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. The receptionist was very helpful in calling Justin to tell him his client has arrived. Justin was very cool, relaxed, and professional. I explained to Justin exactly what I wanted in my new car, IE. Color, style, price, and amenities. He listened to everything I had to say and showed me a wonderful assortment of Lexus truck options. The models were endless with features. I narrowed my choice down to a few. We went and checked out a couple in the parking lot and we went on a test drive. On our drive I was all smiles. I felt like a kid in a candy shop. Instead I was a adult that made her way up to a Lexus dealership. Justin was friendly and fun when I was picking out a truck. He made my experience completely enjoyable and exciting, instead of nerve wrecking, to which buying a new car can be. I got a amazing car at a great price. I absolutely hands down couldn’t be happier with my choice. Justin Storandt was very helpful in the whole experience. He took his time, never rushed, listened, and answered all of my questions. He walked with me through every department and stayed with me until it was time for me to drive away in my new car. I felt like I could honestly trust him for his opinion, ethics, morale, and friendship. His outstanding performance and his customer service skills make him a great role model for possible future sales associate candidates. I am so thankful for this outstanding expierence. My experience at McGrath Lexus was absolutely amazing...I am from Wisconsin and live about 4 hours away...I had called Greg Luzinski on the phone about a pre-owned Lexus IS-F that I loved...From the start of am from Wisconsin and live about 4 hours away...I had called Greg Luzinski on the phone about a pre-owned Lexus IS-F that I loved...From the start of the conversation on Thursday when I called Greg he treated me like I was his own brother...I drove down on Saturday because of all the great feedback I'd heard about McGrath as well...We only have Bergstrom dealerships by us and the service is horrible...Greg met us in the show room and went over the car and let us take it for a test drive...We got back and knew it was the car for us...The problem is we didn't like the rims compared to the other IS-F in the showroom...Greg bent over backwards and worked with us and gave us a very fair price not only on our car for trade but on the IS-F as well...He also had the rims switched out to the ones we wanted...He was running around like crazy trying to take care of everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied...He bought us lunch while we waited for everything...He was an absolute treat to work with and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life and there have been a lot of them...The customer service lived up to all the other reviews from the GM Eric right on down to the service people who showed us all the bells and whistles on the car...I felt 100% comfortable when I left that I had made the right choice in taking the 4 hour drive...Greg shares a love for the Bulls as well and hope we can catch a game in the future...He is now not only my salesperson but my friend...If you want a great experience go and talk to Greg and the McGrath family...I'm now a client for life and will go out of my way to recommend everyone to go there...Thank you so much again for everything...The pleasure was 100% all ours...Thank you again for taking such good care of us and treating us with great respect....
