I've always been someone that researches everything so I could I overlook so much?!?! The value Greg built in his product and himself is what I would love for my own employees to do at my company. Everyone there at McGrath from Greg to Mike who did the financing portion to Bob who showed me all the bells and whistles on the vehicle were top notch!! This must be what Lexus strives for. I always thought price is what mattered when it came to the purchase of a car but Greg quickly showed me all you could miss out on if price is the only thing that matters to you. The attention to detail and the value of having such a caring sales rep and dealership is something you can not put a price on. Greg and McGrath went above and beyond in ways that in the end will be way more valuable then saving a few hundred dollars at the time of the purchase. I recently bought a Pre-owned GS 350. The dealership showroom, service center, delivery area, waiting room and cafe was really nice and made everything move smoothly after we came to final price. Our S showroom, service center, delivery area, waiting room and cafe was really nice and made everything move smoothly after we came to final price. Our Saleman, Scott Raymond, did have some commuction issues. I asked if the pre owned car was smoke free, and he responded "100% smoke free" once in the car I saw clearly burn marks on the A pillar and it had an oder of smoke. Scott also told me that one of his co-workers was the owner, Mr. McGrath, so I assumed he wasn't lying. Then I googled the owner and it was clear it was not the same person that I met at the dealership as one was black and the other was white. I understand trying to make a joke but somethings should not be said. As far as service, they had to pick up the car and do some things that were negotiated in the deal. They did the main things but forgot to adjust brights and sun roof, so as of now both are still unusable. Over all everything was good but if you should be lyed to or joked with when it comes ot smoke or owners. More

I must also mention how nice Bob Cowden was in teaching me about all the new features on the car. He was great. I bought a used Honda Odyssey 2005 EX-L with Navigation and Entertainment. Everything was awesome at this dealership. You know the usual waste of time at car dealership, that you expect, no matter how big and Entertainment. Everything was awesome at this dealership. You know the usual waste of time at car dealership, that you expect, no matter how big or small the dealership is. And also the haggling on price was as expected at any car dealership. But the worst to mention is, when I test drove this minivan, there were 8 seats in it, including the jump seat which goes in the middle of 2nd row captain seats. I went to buy this van 4 days later and the van was without the 8th seat. I was told that I don't remember it correctly. I showed the salesman it was there in the pictures on their website. Salesman confirmed it, checked with service folks and told me it is now as it is. They dropped the price on this with some haggling and conversation but it was a soar taste. Except this, overall experience was awesome. Scott Raymond was the sales guy at McGrath Lexus and other than the 8th seat issue, everything else was good about him. We found him courteous as compared to other sales people I met at other dealerships. More
