Never in my car shopping experience was I blown away by the showroom with so many bells and whistles I was on sensory overload. He made the process so smooth and confident and with no pressure and treating us like long lost friends. I have never been at a dealership where we were treated like royalty to include rolling out the red carpet. We are Toyota owners and now we are Toyota Lexus owners. My only regret is that I had not been to McGrath Lexus years ago. I will never shop anywhere else ever for a car I have found my life long dealer. No other dealership can come close or hold a candle to McGrath Lexus . Scott is an asset to this dealership and is most professional at his job in sales. Most of all he has changed my opinion of the term car salesman. We look forward to doing business at McGrath Lexus and with Scott in the future. I recently had an appointment for service/repairs on my new (used) Lexus. Rita Barkstrom was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me figure out how all of the functions in my car worked. I d new (used) Lexus. She checked on me often while I waited for my car to be finished. Jason Ellison was equally helpful and attentive. Both really knew their stuff!! I was going to to go the Orland Park Lexus, but my new home will be McGrath of Westmont because of Rita and Jason. We pulled into the lot at 6 pm on Friday and one of the porters thankfully let us in the door at 6:05-we did not know that McGrath closed at 6 and we were still welcomed in and never rushed. I suggested we come back in the morning but Eric and Scott both insisted it was ok and were happy to stay until almost 9 pm to accommodate us. I couldn't believe the personal service we received by all including Mike in finance. We definitely recommend McGrath Lexus for used vehicles as well as their service center, we have visited service previously and John was always good to us. When we decide to purchase a new vehicle in the future McGrath will be the first place we go, because I know it will be the only place we have to go. I just recently as Thursday, 11/1 purchased a 2012 RX350 SUV from Scott Raymond. He was just awesome to work with, he has a very awesome personality. He worked with us and at times we were tuff on him and he always took it and always had a great comeback. He worked hard with me to get me the best possible deal I could get. I was looking for a 2011 or 2012 and he was very honest with me and told me that what I was looking for was not easy to find. After checking his statement out I found that he was honest in that. He stood by his words when I made him stay until very late one night and said I would come back the next day and he said he would give me still a great deal even though some of the promotions were to end the day before. Just buying the car I can not comment on repairs and service as I have not had to use it yet. The showroom, and repair area was just awesome, clean and a plesure to be in. Their service department helpers were just awesome and very helpful transfering all my belongings from my old car to my new one. Bob the tech. who helps you lean all the new tricks to your car was just a wonderful person also. I love the dealership and would recommend anyone to McGrath and I would recommend Scott Raymond. After I get to use their service department (hopefully not too much) I will for sure write a review on that. Thanks again Scott and McGrath. I spoke to Larry on the phone and numerous emails about trading my car in for a new Lexus and what it would take to do so. Right off the gate I knew that he was an experienced consultant. He helped me deci trading my car in for a new Lexus and what it would take to do so. Right off the gate I knew that he was an experienced consultant. He helped me decide on what I should do about my trade in and he even went above and beyond to find answers for me. He gave me options! Not one of those "take it or leave it" kind of things. He knew my budget and tried to do the best he can to get me into my new car. He was very successful. I spoke with Mike the sales manager, Jimmy Tran the finance manager and Bob (the guy that doesn't try to sell you anything). Those guys make a perfect team. Talk about customer satisfaction. After all the paper work was finished, Bob took me to my new car and showed me what every button does. I left there knowing everything about my new car. The only place I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new car is McGrath Lexus of Westmont. More

We have loved the first one and when the need for another car arrived, after 30 years of having a company car went away, we went back. Glenn was patient and kind the whole way through. We drove several cars and finally chose an ES350. My Husband really wanted an RX, but that will have to wait for the next one. We were there late and many of the employees were gone already. Glenn still took the time to explain as much as we needed to know to drive the car, open the doors, pair the phones, ( very cool) and work the seats etc. We still need a few more lessons on some features and Glenn is very eager to help with that also. All in all our experience with Glenn and Lexus has always been a good one. We look forward to the time when we will be back for the RX.
