I have been taking my 2006 GS430 for major service at Westmont for some time now. Dean has always gone above and beyond to take care of my GS430 and he gives me a fair shake on pricing. The wife and myself have been looking into a second car for our growing family for some time now. This being her first car ever. Compared the Q5, MDX/RDX, ML350, X5, Murano. Hands down in my opinion the styling, comfort, build quality, visibility, features, mileage, reliability, usability of electronics all exceed the competition. I figured I would take my business to Westmont first based on my previous experiences, I called Dean and asked him who he would recommend. Got a phone call back from Greg and a lot of the details we worked out over the phone while I was at work. I was pressed for time and could only come in 15 minutes before they close. We weren’t hassled or rushed or stressed out. Through the whole experience he was very pleasant and accommodating. Took home a CPO 2010 RX350 and we love it. There was one feature missing, parking sensors, which is a must for getting around the city and out of our garage in an alley. Westmont without issue invited us back to ensure we were completely satisfied. The rest is history. I have shopped many dealers in the past between my Jetta GLI, Maxima and GS430 and never have I received such excellent service. Westmont has set the bar High and fully intend on getting my GS-F from them when the time comes! More

She is the first one I talked to (she patiently listened) about the problem I was having, and immediately checked who was in to help with my problem and made sure to get a note to them to call me. Scott was positive in giving the impression that we were getting the car no matter what. Never in my car shopping experience was I blown away by the showroom with so many bells and whistles I was on sensory overload. He made the process so smooth and confident and with no pressure and treating us like long lost friends. I have never been at a dealership where we were treated like royalty to include rolling out the red carpet. We are Toyota owners and now we are Toyota Lexus owners. My only regret is that I had not been to McGrath Lexus years ago. I will never shop anywhere else ever for a car I have found my life long dealer. No other dealership can come close or hold a candle to McGrath Lexus . Scott is an asset to this dealership and is most professional at his job in sales. I was going to to go the Orland Park Lexus, but my new home will be McGrath of Westmont because of Rita and Jason. We pulled into the lot at 6 pm on Friday and one of the porters thankfully let us in the door at 6:05-we did not know that McGrath closed at 6 and we were still welcomed in and never rushed. My fiance and I were looking to trade in 2 vehicles and we were extremely happy with the offer presented to us and the specific used RX350 we wanted, color and all, was available. I suggested we come back in the morning but Eric and Scott both insisted it was ok and were happy to stay until almost 9 pm to accommodate us. I couldn't believe the personal service we received by all including Mike in finance. We definitely recommend McGrath Lexus for used vehicles as well as their service center, we have visited service previously and John was always good to us. When we decide to purchase a new vehicle in the future McGrath will be the first place we go, because I know it will be the only place we have to go.
