My experience with Mcgrath Lexus of westmont is very disappointing. No professionallism is shown by the salesperson. I did buy a used vehicle the sales person Justin has no clue about the vehicle he is disappointing. No professionallism is shown by the salesperson. I did buy a used vehicle the sales person Justin has no clue about the vehicle he is selling. He did not answer any of our questions properly. Almost 10 ten days since I bought the vehicle, the dealership did not even bother to call me to see how much I am satisfied with the purchase. Maybe they already knew they did a a very bad job. Please dont trust the positive reviews on this website. All written by dealership people. Another disappointing fact they made me drive from another state and changed everything in last minute. I WILL NEVR EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. This dealership sucks. More

Steve and I have been talking about the new ES Series for over a year and I am pleased to say I now own a new ES300H. This is a simply amazing vechicle, can't say enough good things about it. Casy in the service department is great to work with. My last Lexus had 150,000 miles on the vehicle and Casey was very helpful in helping me maintain the vehicle. Casey and I would discuss maintance and I felt the he had my best interest along with keeping the vechicle running in top shape. Terry Long More
MCGrath Lexus is a first class organization. Joe Scala is a wonderful salesperson and treats everyone like family. The service department is also first class, they are always going above and beyond to make sure that i am informed about every aspect of my vehicle's service. Unlike other Lexus dealers, McGrath always puts the customer first, whether its a quick phone call to ask a question about my vehicle or its a quick stop in at lunch to have something looked at all of the service staff are ready to take care of their customers, and always with smiles on thier faces. I have been taking my 2006 GS430 for major service at Westmont for some time now. Dean has always gone above and beyond to take care of my GS430 and he gives me a fair shake on pricing. The wife and myself have been looking into a second car for our growing family for some time now. This being her first car ever. Compared the Q5, MDX/RDX, ML350, X5, Murano. Hands down in my opinion the styling, comfort, build quality, visibility, features, mileage, reliability, usability of electronics all exceed the competition. I figured I would take my business to Westmont first based on my previous experiences, I called Dean and asked him who he would recommend. Got a phone call back from Greg and a lot of the details we worked out over the phone while I was at work. I was pressed for time and could only come in 15 minutes before they close. We weren’t hassled or rushed or stressed out. Through the whole experience he was very pleasant and accommodating. Took home a CPO 2010 RX350 and we love it. There was one feature missing, parking sensors, which is a must for getting around the city and out of our garage in an alley. Westmont without issue invited us back to ensure we were completely satisfied. The rest is history. I have shopped many dealers in the past between my Jetta GLI, Maxima and GS430 and never have I received such excellent service. Westmont has set the bar High and fully intend on getting my GS-F from them when the time comes! More

Not to mention, I was desperate for a new "big girl" car since my previous (almost 14 year old) car had pretty much ran its coarse. Greg took all of my needs into consideration and matched me with a beautiful car that fits my personality, lifestyle, and budget! Since Saturday, I have already told a few girls at work where and who to go to when they start looking for a new car! Thanks so much Greg!! I appreciate your help, time, and kindness!! I want to give a note of appreciation to two people who have helped me out! First of all, I was having a problem pairing my new cell phone to my new Lexus. Ashley who answered my call was so very helpful have helped me out! First of all, I was having a problem pairing my new cell phone to my new Lexus. Ashley who answered my call was so very helpful about getting me to a Delivery Specialist. She is the first one I talked to (she patiently listened) about the problem I was having, and immediately checked who was in to help with my problem and made sure to get a note to them to call me. Now that does leave you with a good impression right away! Then Kraig, a Delivery Specialist, called me and solved the problem. I just felt that their fine service should be noted.
