I purchased a pre-owned 2004 ES330 from Scott Raymond about 15 min. before closing on a Friday Night. Although the dealership was closing and all of the staff were leaving, Scott stayed and followed thr about 15 min. before closing on a Friday Night. Although the dealership was closing and all of the staff were leaving, Scott stayed and followed through with a good price for the car. He made sure that I was well taken care of by the documentation personnel and was able to locate an owners manual (important for me) before I left. He was able to explain almost all of the features of this "Special Edition" and when I returned for an adjustment of the headlights, Scott was able to procure a manual for the navigation system for the car. I was very impressed! I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Scott or the dealership to those interested in a quality used car. More
We found Scott to be very friendly and helpful. We were ready to leave a couple of times thinking we would not reach an agreement , but Scott kept working until we finally came to terms. I went to McGrath Lexus to find a newer vehicle to replace my RX330, although nothing wrong with it, I was just looking to get into a newer and smaller (more sporty) vehicle. Joe Scala not only found one with every option I wanted, in perfect condition, at the right price for me, he found my dream car with a very good deal on my trade in! I was blown away at how easily everything went, and how accommodating he was! He took the time to listen to everything I was looking for in a vehicle, and literally showed me the PERFECT car! I have never been so happy with a vehicle purchase in my life! Even when I stop by for the free car washes, Joe always takes a moment to stop and say hi, the customer service is simply exceptional. He reviewed the car fax report, service history, tire & break usage, etc. for the three vehicles I was interested in. I received very good pricing and bought the car. It was a very good buying experience and Joe took care of me through the entire process. He is a true professional and look forward to working with him again in the future. More

After our visit we visited other dealerships and the customer service and pricing we encountered paled in comparison to that which Greg provided us. After one particularly bad experience at another dealer, we on a whim went back to visit Greg. Bought a car that day. Can't say we walked in expecting to do that, but the price was right and Greg was awesome to work with. He is far from your typical car salesman. More

I purchased my CT200 from Larry Pebelske just before Christmas. I had put off buying a new car because I've had such bad experiences in the past. In fact, it had been 20 years since my last new car. But dealing with Larry and the whole team at Lexus of Westmont completely changed my mind. Larry was great - took me for a test drive a month before I bought the car. He didn't harass me. I had told him my timetable for buying and he was very respectful of my time. They gave me a very good price. I wasn't planning on taking the car that day, but they made it so easy for me. They gave me a very thorough introduction to the car (my first hybrid) and made it a great experience. I would recommend Larry and McGrath of Westmont. I'll go back there again. More
I loved my 2011 RX 350 and my salesman, Steve Gibson so much I just traded for a 2013 under the repeat customer program. The evaluation of my 2011 for the trade was painless, and the price fair. In this process, Steve catered to my need to understand every number, was attentive to communicating delivery timing of the new car, and stayed late on delivery date to accommodate my schedule and assure that every detail was attended to (it was, thanks to the rest of the team's great service) Jeremy Tran in the business office was professional and quick, and Ben Kruchten was a dream in my "lesson" on how to get the most out of the bells and whistles in the RX 350. He couldn't have been more patient in facilitating my goal of learning about the "new stuff", plus some things I never mastered in my 2011. I recommend McGrath, and Steve, every chance I get. More
I just bought a 2013 RX350 from Steve Gibson at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. Before we started the process my husband had a negative impression of Lexus salespeople since he had had a couple of not-so-stella Lexus of Westmont. Before we started the process my husband had a negative impression of Lexus salespeople since he had had a couple of not-so-stellar experiences in the past. However, Steve turned this impression right aorund with his courtesy, attention to detail, passion and dedication to his work. Steve exhibited a genuine desire to help and it is fair to say that Steve was a big reason that we decided to buy a Lexus and to buy from this dealership. Ben our Delivery Expert was extermely helpful and thanks to him I have been using most [not all, yet!] of the new features of my Navigation and Media systems. Kudos to Steve and the dealership. Eric and Scott were receptive to my requests and accomodating.
