My wife and I have owned at least one Lexus for the past 13 years and only experienced one other dealership in another state which we both thought was exceptional. McGrath Lexus is clearly the best in class benchmark now, which means other dealerships probably don't have a chance. Everyone we came in contact with are top notch. Steve Gibson is a great sales person but more important a great person. Bob Cowden, the New Car Delivery Manager took the time to go through every option on the new RX450h and in a very creative and entertaining way. Just bought a used 2007 ES350 and love it! The customer service and especially our salesman, Joe Scala, is exceptional. I walked in to McGrath Lexus to test drive an RX 350 for the first time. Scott Raymond was paged to assist me. We took the SUV for a test drive, Scott was thorough and patient throughout the drive. From the first phone call to the dealership, through the finalization of the purchase, we received excellent service. The office and sales staff were very professional and worked close with us for a quick and smooth transaction. We were on the highway in our new car within an hour of our initial inspection of the car. Walking through the showroom, we found a full variety of Lexus vehicles. We recently had a very special experience while looking to purchase a new car and were treated very fairly on the trade-in value of our trade and on the price of the new car. The salesman, Mr. Steve Gibson, pointed out the new features and took time to show us the car. He was very courteous but not pushy. We purchased the RX350 that was shown on the floor and the dealership had the car completely prepared for me to pick up the next day. The Sales Manager, Mr. Tom O'Conor, spoke with us and helped us with the trade. We have dealt with Mr.o'Connor over the many years of trading with the McGrath Dealership, he has sold us most of our cars from there. Mr. Michael Connerey in the Business Office met with me regarding the financial matters and explained each document as I signed. He was very pleasant and efficient. Finally, Mr. Kraig Dykman, Delivery Specialist, took me through all of the new features, set the radio, put my phone in sink with the Bluetooth, set the garage door opener and demonstrated how all of the buttons are to work.
