Terrible experience! In two words: unprofessional & disrespectful. This location told us that they would not tell estimate our monthly payment if we put X money down, paid X sales taxes, etc. They said disrespectful. I have never have any car dealership work in this fashion. Because of this request, Justin ("Big J") said that he "doesn't know what our problem is" and "doesn't know why we were being so difficult". No customer should be treated like this in an facet of retail, let alone when you are ready to buy a $30,000 car. Then, when we spoke to the manager, Tom, he apologized and took our phone number to call us the next day AND HE NEVER DID! There are too many other dealerships out there with great service and respect for their customers to have to put up with the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. More
I have always bought new vehicles, but wanted to take a step up in performance and luxury, hoping to find the right car at the right price. After much research, I decided that the Audi S4 is the perfect c step up in performance and luxury, hoping to find the right car at the right price. After much research, I decided that the Audi S4 is the perfect combination of luxury and performance, plus decent gas mileage. I have been searching for a 2-3 year old Audi S4 Prestige Edition with low miles and found one at McGrath Lexus through cars.com. I contacted the dealer and Greg Luzinski got back to me very quickly. He was very helpful and answered my questions before we drove 200 miles to see the car in person. Greg was very familiar with the car because he had been driving it for several weeks. Upon arriving at McGrath, we were greeted quickly, and Greg met us right away. The dealership was very impressive all around - a great facility and friendly staff. Greg had the car ready for us to drive and we spent a good amount of time inspecting the car. We first noted that the actual mileage was 2,000 miles greater than listed on the dealer website. While it's undertandable to have a few miles above the listing, I feel that the dealer listing should be updated if the difference is that significant. The inside of the car was virtually flawless, other than a torn floor mat. However, we noted some damage to the back bumper, and the car appeared to have some minor damage that had been painted over. The damage appeared to be cosmetic, and not unexpected for a used car, although this one has less than 20,000 miles on the odometer. There were also a couple bulges in one of the front tires that were deemed to be safe. We were interested in the car and were able to reach a reasonable deal once our trade-in was properly valued. While holding on the price, Greg was able to get a second key produced ($315 cost locally) at the Audi dealer nearby. That was much appreciated. While the entire experience at the dealer was great and Greg couldn't have been more helpful, I brought the car to our local Audi dealer a couple days later. I learned that the bulging tire was due to a damaged inner sidewall, and it is only a matter of time before the tire fails. As a result, I will be purchasing a new set of tires. My Audi dealer also noted a long (8") shallow dent in the undercarriage, and other damage along the lower drivers side that had been repaired, possibly as a result of frame realignment. Since McGrath performed a thorough inspection of the car when they purchased it, I now feel that the dealership was less than forthcoming with the information they had because this damage should been noted by the technicians and passed on to any potential customer. While I understand the used cars are purchased "as is", I felt that a dealership with the outstanding reputation of McGrath would have disclosed this information. Between the new tires and repairing the cosmetic damage, I will be spending nearly $2,300 to bring the car mostly back to the "Like New!" condition advertised in the listing. The concern isn't so much the cosmetic damage, it's the potential hidden stuctural damage to be discovered later. While this is still my dream car, I was hoping my first experience with purchasing a used car would have been better and less costly just two days after I bought the car. The dealership gets great ratings for customer service and friendliness, and my overall experience may have been better if I bought a Lexus. However, I can only give a 'Bad' rating for quality of work due to the undisclosed damage, and just an 'OK' rating for overall experience. More

I had just lost my car to a flood and knew nothing about cars but knew I always wanted a Lexus, I was very hesitant to walk into a dealer knowing nothing about cars. Greg happened to be the person who helpe cars but knew I always wanted a Lexus, I was very hesitant to walk into a dealer knowing nothing about cars. Greg happened to be the person who helped me and I was pleasantly surprised, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease about trying to find the right car for my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and courteous and never put any pressure on me and constantly kept me informed and updated as to the inventory of used cars as they came into e dealership. I finally purchased the perfect car a few days ago and I couldn't be happier , the customer service I received has been nothing but excellent from start to finish . I will definitely highly recommend this dealership to anybody who may be in the market for used or brand new cars. More
