I recently purchased another vehicle from McGrath Lexus of Chicago and once again they have exceeded my expectations. No only do they have superior vehicles, but they also have outstanding people who are k of Chicago and once again they have exceeded my expectations. No only do they have superior vehicles, but they also have outstanding people who are knowledgeable and who geuniunely care about their customers. I highly recommend Lexus, and specifically McGrath Lexus of Chicago. For used cars, Sharon Gale is the manager, and she along with her staff (Dave Moore and others) will ensure a quality experience. For new cars, Julie Hill has been with McGrath for a while and really knows her stuff. Finally, the service guys are the best in the city!!! Robert Zuniga takes care of all our household vehicles. The team at Lexus makes it hard to think about going any else. More
Brian Carlson was a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed working with him during my purchase of the RX350. He follow through on his word, follows up with phone calls and emails and most of all makes you fe working with him during my purchase of the RX350. When I arrived at the service department I was not promptly greeted and needed to seek out a customer service rep. They did not introduce themselves when I found someone and the department seemed to promptly greeted and needed to seek out a customer service rep. They did not introduce themselves when I found someone and the department seemed to busy to extend a warm greeting or make me feel appreciated or that my business was of interest. I was actually there for items to be added to the car that I purchased when I bought my car. Hopefully, the experience will be diffent when I return. More
After looking at we bites and cars for many months, I finally decided on the Lexus GX. I chose McGrath in Chicago because they had the most choices. Upon my first visit, I met Sean Shumpert from sale finally decided on the Lexus GX. I chose McGrath in Chicago because they had the most choices. Upon my first visit, I met Sean Shumpert from sales. Sean showed me a number of vehicles and encouraged test drives. Since we wanted a specific color combination and were not ready to immediately purchase, we did not buy at that time. Sean was no pressure and kept in touch with me regularly. He called me back always and addressed all my issues. Finally, we were ready to buy and we went back to McGrath. Sean again showed me numerous vehicles and we ended up purchasing that day. Sean delivered on everything he promised. Maenads in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. He was respectful, informative and sincere. I enjoyednworking with him too. More
Today (12/30), my family was leaving Chicago to travel back to our home in Wisconsin when we started experiencing a total system failure. Our Lexus GX literally "died" as we pulled into the McGrath Le back to our home in Wisconsin when we started experiencing a total system failure. Our Lexus GX literally "died" as we pulled into the McGrath Lexus parking lot. We later found out we needed a new alternator and battery. With 3 kids and a dog in the car, we were really hoping that McGrath could help us out. We have our car serviced through Lexus in WI, but had never been to McGrath before. Within 5 minutes several people had emereged from the dealership to jump start the car, get our family out and comfortable in the waiting room, and began work on the vehicle. We were just amazed as the service department appeared to be extremely busy. We received ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING service from everyone at the dealership, particularily Bob Jaskolski. Everyone(this includes anyone we came in contact with, probably about 10 different members of McGrath staff) was extremely kind to the kids and the dog and went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable while we were waiting. Mr. Jaskolski updated us frequently, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making for sure that everything was fixed correctly on the car, pulled up all of our warranty information on the vehicle (which by the way was honored without question and saved us major $$$), and got us on our way as quickly as possible. We are extremely grateful to him! It is this kind of exceptional, truly outstanding service that has made us return to and will keep us returning to Lexus for all of our vehicles and their service. We thank the McGrath staff, particularily Bob, for helping out a couple of out of town "Wisconsinites" when they needed help the most! More

Everyone at McGrath was very welcoming and helpful. I've never been to this Lexus location and was surprised at how large the showroom was and the number of vehicles available. My initial contact was with Sean over the phone when I called to inquire about a vehicle advertized on AutoTrader. He provided me with all the information I asked for and emailed me other cars that were within my price range. When I came in the following day he was able to answer all my questions and assist me with the purchase. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks. More
My sales guy (Bill Davis) was friendly, direct and easy to do business with (as salesmen go). I would recommend working with him. My only small gripe with him is that he seemed preoccupied with his cell phone a few times while we were conducting business. Maybe he was communicating with his manager...who knows. Andy showed me how to operate the bells and whistles of the car. He even got a spray bottle and towel to clean a few of the many spots in the car which were not clean. This was after our initial rocky start which preceded my purchase with Bill. Overall the experience was good. It's my second purchase with the dealership and when I wear this car out, I'll probably be back. More
We had a completely positive experience with Bill Davis during the purchase of a certified RX 350. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in, provided all information, explained the maintenance histo during the purchase of a certified RX 350. Bill even ensured we had an opportunity to look at a vehicle that was off-site when we arrived, even though our deal was essentially done. During our test drive he ensured we experienced expressway, city streets and potholes. We agreed on a price quickly, reflective of the market, and a fair market price for our trade was offered without fuss. Available accessories were offered without pressure. Doug Bell did a great job with the paperwork, explained the favorable financing available and suggested we select the terms we preferred. We initially thought we would do a cash deal, but the finance rates were very good, with no penalties for prepayment of the loan. No pressure from Mr. Bell to purchase things we didn't care about. The porters re-washed the vehicle, topped of the tank and had everything ready to go. On the way out we were introduced to Jodie Gaitens, a service advisor. She gave us a card and told us to call her any time for information or to schedule maintenance. In summary: This is what buying a car should be about. Very professional, no messing around. Every person we spoke with was pleasant. We drove away in a car meeting our needs after just a couple hours of effort. An easy recommendation. More
Finally.....a car buying experience that was stress free! I truly felt the difference in this approach versus a stereotypical dealer. No pressure, no harrassment.
