This was my second Lexus purchase. My past/current service experience has been excellent. This particular sales experience was really outstanding. While new car purchase negotiations are not the mos service experience has been excellent. This particular sales experience was really outstanding. While new car purchase negotiations are not the most fun experience, Julianne Baron made it so. She was and is friendly, cooperative, accessible, knowledgable, and just a cool person. She continuously went out of her way to maintain contact, ensure satisfaction, and make sure all services were delivered without frustation. She knew the car inside and out and trained me out to use all the fancy electronics perfectly. She even called me from her Xmas vacation to make sure I was happy. And, she's respectful of my busy schedule and will even text with me if that is more convenient for me. I am proud to be a Lexus owner and will maintain contact with Julianne to purchase again in the future and just because she such a pleasure. In addition, my experience through the years with the service department is so convenient and friendly. I was assigned a contact 3 years ago, Jodi. And now she just knows me by my first name when I call. She just makes everything happen as it should. More

Mr. Raskin was patient, understood our needs and made valuable suggestions and gave the right advice. He asked me to return Tuesday, Feb 1 for my car mats but the Blizzard of 2011 prevented that so I wil valuable suggestions and gave the right advice. He asked me to return Tuesday, Feb 1 for my car mats but the Blizzard of 2011 prevented that so I will be returning to McGrath to see Mr. Raskin before February 2011 is out. Mr. Conrad IV, the finance manager, understood our need to stay within budget and he was fantastic in getting us the best financial deal. I was very pleased. In the past, I found myself to be intimidated by upscale dealerships but Lexus McGrath's team was phenomenal in making me feel comfortable with my shopping experience. Thank you for this experience. I entered McGrath Lexus of Chicago & I was greeted by Mr. Gary Sowell.. He was extremely nice.. He was very courteous.. He helped me pick out my very first Gs 2006.. I really love Gary because he really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.. Robert Zuniga my service guy is very helpful .. He explained everything I needed to know when it came down to servicing my car.. Overall everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice. This is a late review for my last purchase about 6 months ago. And I have to say that's the best car buying experience I've ever had. Heather is just fantastic. She first took me for a test drive, during th ago. And I have to say that's the best car buying experience I've ever had. Heather is just fantastic. She first took me for a test drive, during that time she kindly showed me every aspect of the vehicle, and promptly and patiently answered my various questions. When it's the time to make a deal, the whole process was just pressure-free. In fact, I had done quite a lot of research on the prices and thought the negotiation could have been very difficult. However, Heather and the whole team just worked very hard to offer an unbelievable low price way below my budget. What's more, it just took less than 5 mins to settle down the deal! Awesome! To sum up, the overall experience at McGrath was truly joyful and trouble-free. I would not hesitate to recommend McGrath to all my other friends/colleagues willing to buy a Lexus car. I just wanted to take a moment and recognize a few of your associates. Around two weeks ago I purchased a pre owned vehicle from your Chicago location. During my year of research looking for a sports c your associates. Around two weeks ago I purchased a pre owned vehicle from your Chicago location. During my year of research looking for a sports car I dealt with many different dealerships and salespeople throughout the Chicagoland Area including the northern suburbs, western suburbs, downtown, and southern suburbs. Around a month or two ago while my wife and I were on a walk I noticed a BMW 335i hard top convertible on your lot. Once we returned home I then jumped onto your website (great site and thorough) and looked over the vehicle specs and then got into trouble because I noticed a Porsche. The next day I called and spoke with Gary Sowell over the phone. He answered the call extremely professionally, and prospected me to the fullest. At this point in time I was hesitant to give too much information, but he was definitely going through all the correct motions to try and figure out my "hot buttons" and personal information so that he could follow up with me. Two days later I showed up on a Saturday and went for two different test drives. Being loyal to Gary, since we spoke on the phone, I asked for him by name and I was not surprised when I had to wait a bit to see him due to the fact he was with another clients. When Gary and I first meet in person he was extremely personable and professional. He was not your typical salesman (I used to sell and hate the stereotype, plus we all really sell everyday anyways), no matter what industry you are dealing with, he was extremely patient and let me ask my numerous questions without interrupting. He dug to get answers to my questions, but knew most of the answers to them. I am a particular person and do way too much research in advance before I make a major purchase, so I would call myself a pain in the butt for any salesperson to deal with. Over the next week or two I called Gary many times and he was prompt in calling me back and answering my questions. At a point in time I did have a question about warranties and extending the current one on the vehicle. He then placed me in contact with Doug who was also very polite and professional. Once we got down to the purchasing details he put me in contact with the pre owned manager Sharon, who was also extremely pleasant and fun, which I am sure you know. I also dealt with "Chon," one of your detailers who was extremely hospitable, and many other sales associates and employees of McGrath. All of these people exhibited the same persona. It truly seems that they love what they do and care about the customer and your business. It was really interesting when I was speaking with "Chon," and he stated, "that as long as the customer is happy he is happy, and that he will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy." Wow man this is what makes us all successful! Sorry for being so long winded with this note but I just wanted to let you know that your team members, no matter what level they are on the ladder, all really go above and beyond for your business. Whatever training, employee incentives, general morale, or selective hiring practices you all are doing has created a great culture for the business. I have bought two cars from McGrath Lexus in Chicago. The experience has been great for me both times. David Moore the Sales Person I worked with each time was exceptional. David knows his product, and makes the whole car buying experience a pleasure. He is very customer service oriented and knowledgeable. I purchased a car from him over three years ago (GX470). This year I decided it was time for a trade in. A friend of mine suggested Land Rover, so I went to a Land Rover dealership thinking this may be the way to go, but I was wrong. Not only did I not care for the Land Rover, I felt somewhat pressured, so I left. I went back to McGrath and asked for David Moore. He was happy to see me and listened to my needs to put in into the appropriate car based on those needs. I ended up going with a certified preowned LX 570. Dave Moore was wonderful to work with. Honest, helpful and knowledgable about the Lexus we purchased. We live in Wisconsin and have limited Lexus dealerships.
