Our small company has been leasing new Lexus models for 12 years. Over that period of time we have leased nine new ES or RX models. In those 26 Auto years, we have had but one mechanical problem.In 05 or 0 12 years. Over that period of time we have leased nine new ES or RX models. In those 26 Auto years, we have had but one mechanical problem.In 05 or 06, a windshield wiper motor had to be replaced on one of our vehicles, Gads!! Other than that momentus event, none of our autos ever saw a garage except to change oil, rotate tires or other scheduled maintenance. We should have been so lucky with our other leased vehicles. It also helped to have a terrific sales associate who knew more about the cars than we ever needed to know. Whenever we ignored Bob's advice regarding color,accessories, etc, we paid the shuda, couda price. He was constantly reminding us what to do regarding vehicle care and when to do it. I don't know why anyone would buy a high end auto from anyone but McGrath Lexus, and I've owned or leased them all. J. L. Walters More

The dealership is beautiful physically and very clean. My salesman Brian Carlson was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. I was very happy that I did not feel the least bit intimidated, anxious, rushed or pressured during any step of the process. I did not come prepared to make a decision on a car that day as I had planned on testing other makes and models. Brian was determined to earn my business and get me to a price I was comfortable. I expressed that I needed to see if the car would fit in my one car garage at some point if I decided to go with the RX350. Brian offered to drive the car to my home in the south loop then and there to see if it fit. After I decided I would get the car ( and I did not even test any other brands) I made an appointment to come to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up my car. I told him I 'd catch a cab and meet him at the dealership. Well he would not hear of that and came and picked me up. I really am amazed at the above and beyond service Brian offered and as a rule I hate going to a car dealership. THIS WAS THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Iloved that fact that I did NOT get any surprises. Well I did but they were POSITIVE. I trust that my service experience will be just as amazing as my sales experience has been. Service was good. I made the appointment the night before and they got me in right away in the morning. I did like the free coffee and the large lounge chairs to relax in. I contacted Anthony Swanke regarding their pre-owned inventory. We found a car that I was interested in and I came in for a test drive. The car was not what I wanted but Anthony patiently reviewed the inventory. We found a car that I was interested in and I came in for a test drive. This was my second Lexus purchase. My past/current service experience has been excellent. This particular sales experience was really outstanding. While new car purchase negotiations are not the mos service experience has been excellent. This particular sales experience was really outstanding. While new car purchase negotiations are not the most fun experience, Julianne Baron made it so. She was and is friendly, cooperative, accessible, knowledgable, and just a cool person. She continuously went out of her way to maintain contact, ensure satisfaction, and make sure all services were delivered without frustation. She knew the car inside and out and trained me out to use all the fancy electronics perfectly. She even called me from her Xmas vacation to make sure I was happy. And, she's respectful of my busy schedule and will even text with me if that is more convenient for me. I am proud to be a Lexus owner and will maintain contact with Julianne to purchase again in the future and just because she such a pleasure. In addition, my experience through the years with the service department is so convenient and friendly. I was assigned a contact 3 years ago, Jodi. And now she just knows me by my first name when I call. She just makes everything happen as it should. More

Mr. Raskin was patient, understood our needs and made valuable suggestions and gave the right advice. He asked me to return Tuesday, Feb 1 for my car mats but the Blizzard of 2011 prevented that so I wil valuable suggestions and gave the right advice. He asked me to return Tuesday, Feb 1 for my car mats but the Blizzard of 2011 prevented that so I will be returning to McGrath to see Mr. Raskin before February 2011 is out. Mr. Conrad IV, the finance manager, understood our need to stay within budget and he was fantastic in getting us the best financial deal. I was very pleased. In the past, I found myself to be intimidated by upscale dealerships but Lexus McGrath's team was phenomenal in making me feel comfortable with my shopping experience. Thank you for this experience. I look forward to visiting again. More
